The Masters Program is designed for those 50 years old or older with no dependent children who are available to make a two or three year commitment to serve overseas utilizing the maturity, skills, and experience they have gained over their lifetime.

Thank you for your interest in the Masters Program.  Because of the economic situation, only a limited number of priority job requests will be filled in 2010 and 2011.  Something new for this program is that Masters' candidates will be asked to provide part of their support while on the field.  More detailed information will be forthcoming.

You may register your interest in the Masters Program by completing the online information form (click on ‘apply now’ on this website).  You will be contacted about your interest.  You are not committing to serve with IMB by completing the information form.

If you have further questions or concerns please call Initial Contacts (Joye Russell or Pat Thorpe) at 1-888-422-6461 (toll free) between 9:00AM and 4:00PM, Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
