CPM — Church Planting Movement: a rapid and multiplicative increase of indigenous churches planting churches within a given people group or population segment.
CP — Church Planter: planting churches that are small groups or fellowships that meet in homes.
Church Developer: a person who works with new and existing churches to develop indigenous leadership within churches and associations of churches.
Creative Access: a person who uses their skills in business, education or agriculture in order to provide legal access to a location. They would use those skills in their work and develop outreach contacts.
EFL — Teaching English as a Foreign Language
ESL — Teaching English as a Second Language
Last Frontier: unreached people for which the majority of its members have little or no access to the gospel of Jesus Christ. This represents approximately 1.65 billion people in the world. Used interchangeably with World A.
10/40 Window: the region from approximately 10 degrees to 40 degrees north of the equator spanning from North Africa to East Asia. Contains the greatest concentration of unreached people. Often used interchangeably with World A or Last Frontier.
SC — Strategy Coordinator: a person who takes responsibility and is accountable for designing and implementing strategies to initiate and nurture church-planting movements among a specific people group or population segment.
Team Facilitator: builds and leads a team that can initiate and nurture a church-planting movement among assigned people group/population segment
UPG — Unreached People Group: a homogeneous population group identified by a common language, heritage and religion with no church movement having sufficient strength, resources and commitment to sustain and ensure the continuous multiplication of churches.
World A: the name used to identify the people groups that have little or no access to the gospel. This represents approximately 1.65 billion people in the world. Often used interchangeably with 10/40 window or Last Frontier.
