The short-term application process

The initial information form must be completed online in order to receive the full application package. Click here to get started.

All application materials are read and reviewed within two weeks of the published postmark deadline.

At a file review, the Mobilization Team, in consultation with our Medical Department, decides whom to invite to the screening conference in Richmond, VA, thus continuing in the application process.

Each application deadline flows into a particular conference and orientation.

This site contains specific information regarding almost any topic regarding our screening process. Remember that this is a missionary screening process and not a volunteer trip. The process takes from four to six months, so plan ahead!
