What about people
with no Web access?
We encourage those applicants
with no Web access to
go to their public library
(or Kinkos, an Internet
cafe, a friend's house)
and use their Internet
connection to do two
things:
For those with e-mail
but without personal
web access, electronic
documents sent as e-mail
attachments may be used
if they are unable to
utilize a public library
Internet connection.
