Having
trouble downloading
or opening an OmniForm?
Your
screen may say at the
top (in the browser's
yellow bar) that your
document is being blocked.
Press
the CTRL key while you
left-click the OmniForm
link. It should
bring up a box where
you choose "run"
or "save as."
It may be minimized
in the
taskbar. Follow the
above instructions for
using an OmniForm. If
this does not help,

link and choose, "save
target as..." or
left click to open it.
Once open, click the
"save" icon
located at the top left
