Botswana, from these healthy ones to "lifeless-eyed AIDS orphans
with open sores (asking) for just a few pennies, for a little bread to

Journeymen
Josh Daffern and Amanda Hill ponder a map while on safari in Botswana.
Spiritual navigation was a big part of Josh's African experience, too.
“Away from the comforts of home, away from circumstances that come
in nice packages, I was forced to look to God alone for help,” he
reflects. “And that made all the difference.” |
 |
In
Botswana, Josh Daffern felt the joy of “seeing someone’s eyes light
up when they hear the name of Christ for the first time,” and the
heartache of “knowing that thousands die weekly without knowing
Christ, simply because there aren't enough Christians around to tell
them.” |
