The Application Process

Application Presented to IMB Board of Trustees

Personnel Subcommittee:

The Candidate Consultant will present your application to the Personnel Committee of the Board of Trustees, IMB. This is a subcommittee comprised of ten to twelve trustees that will examine your materials. If the committee approves, appointment is recommended to the full Board of Trustees. Final approval is not until the actual appointment service. The candidate consultant will call the candidate following the committee meeting and share the results of the meeting.
