Before You Go:

• Contact with VIMD established
• Contact with the field (missionary or national) established
• Passports secured
• Visas acquired if needed
• Orientation material secured
• Orientation meetings scheduled with your team
• Volunteer Information Forms submitted to VIMD
• Church Recommendation Form returned to VIMD
• Travel arrangements made
• Travel Itinerary submitted to VIMD
• Travel Insurance secured from Adams & Associates
• Necessary Immunizations taken

After You Return:

• Evaluation forms submitted to VIMD
