Christmas party success

Even though they considered their Christmas party to be a failure from the standpoint of organization, they rejoiced that seven Chinese people accepted Christ! The Christian hostess explained that everything seemed a bit off kilter. Neither the songs nor the games went as planned. But the Holy Spirit acted in a mighty way as she and others simply shared the truth.

Using a small bracelet with colored beads, and picture cards depicting a manger, a cross, and an empty tomb, they told about the love of Jesus. Then, one by one, seven young women prayed to accept Christ into their hearts. Not a bad party after all!
