| Description |
| FUNBAVI (The Baptist Foundation of La Vi?a) is a drug and alchohol treatment center sponsored by the Aragua Baptist Association. The center is seeking a consultant who has both administrative and clinical experience who can come and provide continuing education in reference to new drugs and treatments as well as an evaluation as to how to improve the services rendered to clients and their families. |

| Specific Date Instructions |
Individual will arrive at the international airport in Caracas where he will be met by the director of the center and transported by car to the Foundation in La Vi?a, approximately 3 hours to the west of Caracas. This will be the base of operation for this project. |

this job |
La Vi?a is a small town of about 50,000 people. It is a hour from Maracay, a city of 1 million people, where there are modern hospitals, clinics, and trained physicians. The foundation is in rural locale, but the terrain is flat. The temperature is a constant 90 degrees with rain in the afternoons during the rainy season (April to September). Tetanus and Hepatitis immunizations are recommended. |

The foundation is in a rural area of the state of Aragua. It is centrally located in the country to provide convenient service to all. The closest town is La Vi?a about 10 minutes away. It is a country town of about 50,000 people. The largest big city, Maracay, is the capitol of the state and is about 1 hour way by car. |

Casual clothes are the norm. Shorts are not common. Most of the patients at the foundation come from a Catholic background. While believing in Christ and the truth of the scriptures, few will have a personal relationship with Him. The majority suffer from a lack of self-esteem. |
