Description
The teams will be involved in taking the Truth into the Darkness though evangelism, prayer walking, media distribution, and building relationships. They will go into the urban center and villages located along the coast and find men of peace. They will build relationships with the people they meet and share the Good News with them. This will be done in quaint fascinating villages, in modern shopping complexes, at Starbucks, or on a river cruise.

Specific Date Instructions
The arrival and departure dates are flexible. The groups can stay from 9 days to 6 weeks. Cost will vary dependent on length of stay.

Factors that could influence the volunteer's ability to do
this job
The team members should be in good physical shape. The task requires some walking in hot and humid weather.

We have a very good private hospital and excellent doctors.
Travel, Location and Culture
Geographic Settings
The location has awe inspiring mountains, beaches, islands, and jungles. The volunteers will be based in a city that is a tourist "hot spot". The coastline is dotted with five star resorts. The villages the group will visit are coastal. The team will travel thoughout the region focusing on an Unreached People Group. The people are friendly and hospitable especially towards foreigners. Many people here speak English. The culture is a vibrant mix of peoples, foods, fashions, and beliefs.
Other (customs, clothing, shopping, etc.)
The team will be expected to conform to the cultural expectations of the people they are ministering at times. This will mean wearing long pants instead of shorts, drinking and eating what is offered, staying in their houses, using their toilet, and doing whatever it takes to win an opportunity to share the Gospel with these people. Other times can be spent being a typical tourist.
Available Housing
Volunteers will stay in hotels of their choosing with air conditioners and usually internet. The hotels range from cheap backpacker hostels to 5 star resorts. There are plenty of mid-range hotels with gorgeous oceanside views.
